140th Canton Fair 2026: choose the right phase
Match your products to the phase before booking flights, hotels or a day at the complex.
Quick answer
The autumn Canton Fair runs in three separate phases: 15–19 October, 23–27 October and 31 October–4 November 2026. It closes for changeover on 20–22 and 28–30 October. A product you want in Phase 3 will not necessarily be on display in Phase 1.
Which phase do you need?

Plan a useful day
- Use the official Canton Fair website or app to search your product, save exhibitor names and note the phase, area, hall and booth number. Save a screenshot for offline use.
- Complete the overseas-buyer application and collect your badge before your first hall visit where possible. An application receipt is not the physical buyer badge.
- Book meetings in the same hall together. Leave walking and security time between areas rather than scheduling back-to-back meetings across the complex.
Venue and working hours
The Canton Fair Complex is in Pazhou, Haizhu district: 中国进出口商品交易会展馆，海珠区阅江中路382号 / 382 Yuejiang Middle Road. Pazhou is an area as well as a station name; it is not Guangzhou’s main railway station.
The official overview lists business hours as 09:30–18:00, China time. The current trade-service notice confirms the same hours for its service zone. Badge counters have different hours. Check the official notice before a late arrival.
