Canton Fair: get your buyer badge, then find the right hall
Check the phase, save your registration receipt and choose the metro exit for your exhibition area.
Quick answer
Choose the fair phase that includes your products. Apply through the official Buyer Service System, save its QR receipt and bring the original passport used in the application plus a business card. Get the badge sorted before heading to the halls.

Metro Line 8: exit for your exhibition area
Exit A → Areas A and D
Exits A / B → Area B
Exit C → Area C
Entrance comparison, not a hall map. Check your hall’s area in the current official phase plan, then follow venue signs and access controls.
Pick the phase before booking your day
For the 140th Canton Fair: Phase 1 runs 15–19 October 2026; Phase 2, 23–27 October; Phase 3, 31 October–4 November. The product ranges differ. Check the official product and hall plan before choosing a day.
Prepare the badge
- Open buyer.cantonfair.org.cn and use the overseas-buyer badge application. Save the pre-registration QR receipt.
- Bring the original identity document used in the application, normally your foreign passport, and a business card.
- If you have a valid badge from an earlier session, bring it for verification. Exception: the official 140th-session guide says badges issued on the basis of a work visa at or before the 134th Fair are no longer valid; holders must apply for a Purchasing Agent Badge. Call Fair support if this applies to you.
- The current official guide says new applications, replacements and renewals are free. Use the official collection counter, not a paid agent claiming it can bypass document checks.
Collect before reaching the halls
These alternative counters accept foreign passports and the listed Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan travel permits. The official guide sends Chinese-passport holders with overseas permanent-residence documents to the complex counters. Bring the original document, business card and pre-registration QR receipt.
For later phases, the complex guide lists 22 October and 30 October pre-opening collection, 09:00–18:00; phase-day collection is 08:30–18:00. Recheck the official guide for the office serving your area.

Reach the correct area
The complex is at 382 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu / 海珠区阅江中路382号. For a driver, show 中国进出口商品交易会展馆.
Find your exhibition area on the phase plan before leaving Metro Line 8. The entrance comparison above helps choose between Xingangdong and Pazhou; follow current venue signs if controls change.
If registration fails
Compare the name and document number with the original passport. For a missing receipt, sign back into the official Buyer Service System.
Take an old badge and original document to an official registration office if verification fails. Call the fair’s support line with your application number; do not pay an informal agent to bypass checks.
