Canton Fair 2026 Venue Map: Halls, Entrances, Food and Shuttles
Find your exhibition area and hall with the official phase maps, then plan inter-area travel, food breaks and your journey out of the complex.
Use the Canton Fair’s official English phase maps to locate your supplier’s area, hall and booth before choosing an entrance. The 140th Fair uses Areas A, B, C and D; arriving at the general venue address does not mean you are close to your meeting.
This guide brings together the map links, useful Metro exits, free inter-area shuttles, food planning and designated departure pickups. It covers October–November 2026 arrangements; it is not a substitute for the organizer’s live directions.

Open the official map for your phase
These links open the organizer’s interactive layouts, not copied map images. Check that the selected session is the 140th Fair and that the phase matches your visit. The exhibition dates and product groups are explained in our dates and opening-hours guide.
Save the full hall and booth code before setting off
- Find the supplier in the official exhibitor directory or ask the supplier to confirm its current listing.
- Save the exhibition phase, area letter, complete hall code and booth number together with the company name.
- Locate that hall on the matching phase map, then group nearby appointments into a workable route.
- Keep an offline copy of the essential details in case mobile data or an app is slow.
Keep the code exactly as supplied, including any dot and floor identifier; do not infer an entrance gate from a hall number. A generic address or a map pin for “Canton Fair” cannot identify the final walk to your booth.
Choose the Metro station and exit for your area
These are useful starting points from official route and collection guidance, not a guarantee that every pedestrian gate will be open. Follow the current area signs and crowd-control instructions. Pazhou is also served by Metro Line 11; the out-of-station interchange route is a separate question from the exit for a particular hall or badge office.
For the journey from Baiyun Airport or Guangzhou South Railway Station, use our Canton Fair transport guide. It preserves the terminal-specific connections and train-destination advice that a simple venue map cannot replace.
Use the app for booth-level navigation
The organizer’s September 18 briefing announces booth-level navigation across the complex for the 140th Fair, alongside itinerary planning and smart meal ordering. Use the official website’s Canton Fair app download page; avoid an unofficial lookalike app.
Search or save the exhibitor first, then use the current app’s navigation function with the full booth details. Check the displayed phase and follow venue signs if a route is temporarily closed. Announced capabilities are not a guarantee of your phone’s indoor accuracy, account access or ordering availability. The official ASKME visitor assistant is another organizer help channel.
Take the free shuttle between exhibition areas
Guangzhou’s October 16 visitor guide confirms free electric shuttle vehicles between the exhibition areas. It locates stops along the first-floor halls in Areas A, B and D; for Area C, it directs visitors to the connection via the central platform between Areas A and B.
Show staff the area and full hall code before boarding. Check the current stop signs and vehicle destination rather than assuming the nearest vehicle goes to your next meeting. No exact departure interval or minute-by-minute journey time is promised here.
Plan food and coffee around the halls you will visit

Use the current official app, service information or nearest information desk to find food near your hall. The organizer announces smart meal ordering for this session, but an announced ordering service does not establish that every outlet, dietary option or delivery slot will be available when you need it.
There is also a separate Music and Cuisine Festival at the central square west of the Canton Fair Convention Center / 广交会堂. Guangzhou’s Commerce Bureau says it began on October 15 and operates in three periods totaling fifteen days. This is an outdoor event, not a claim that a named restaurant is inside your exhibition hall.
Check its day’s notice and access arrangements before walking over; exact daily hours were not confirmed in the published announcement reviewed for this guide. If you need a particular dietary option, ask the operator directly before ordering.
Find drinking water, toilets and accessible facilities on the day
Use the nearest information desk or the current service map to locate toilets, accessible routes, drinking-water points and convenience shopping for your specific hall. Save the Chinese hall code so staff can direct you to a nearby facility instead of to a different area.
Do not depend on a stall number or toilet location copied from an older Fair guide. For an essential accessibility requirement, confirm the current location and step-free route with staff before making a long cross-complex journey. Carry a sealed drink as a practical backup; our drinking-water guide explains the difference between tap water and water intended for drinking.
Use permitted car drop-off bays, not a general gate pin
The October 14 Guangzhou police notice identifies immediate-stop passenger bays at Gates 5, 6 and 10. Agree the permitted bay with the driver and follow current directions. An overseas-buyer badge does not give the driver’s car permission to enter vehicle-restricted exhibition roads.
Keep 中国进出口商品交易会展馆 and your area/hall details available to show the driver. A morning drop-off bay is not automatically the correct place to wait for a car in the evening.
Choose the right taxi or ride-hailing pickup after the Fair
For precise pickup names and time windows, use the Chinese police notice rather than assuming that all roads named in a general transport summary allow stopping. All times below are China Standard Time (UTC+8).
The city’s visitor guide identifies approximately 17:30–19:00 as a busy departure period; that is a crowd warning, not a different set of legal pickup hours. Leave time for walking and queues if you have a train or flight. Our taxi and ride-hailing guide explains ordering, vehicle checks and payment.
Confirm the hotel or airport shuttle boarding point
Ask your hotel for the exact assigned parking area, departure time and reservation rule. The city guide describes hotel-coach spaces across the four exhibition areas; it does not mean every hotel provides a shuttle or that all coaches share one stop.
For the Airport Express, the October 16 city guide gives the southern end of Lane 1 on Zhanchang Zhong Road / 展场中路, near Gate 5, with complex departures from 11:00 to 18:00 during the Fair. Confirm the terminal, fare and current boarding sign before choosing it. This airport transfer is separate from the free electric vehicles between exhibition areas.
Read the airport and railway approach guide for the fuller published bus and Metro options, or the hotel preparation guide for questions to send your exact hotel branch.
Keep a simple route plan for the day
- Before leaving the hotel: check the phase, badge, original identity document, supplier names and full booth codes.
- Inside the complex: follow the matching official layout, group nearby meetings and confirm the shuttle destination before boarding.
- Before departure: choose your Metro station, signed taxi queue, app-car point or confirmed coach bay before walking towards it.
A saved hall code and a confirmed pickup point usually do more for a smooth day than an old screenshot with every detail squeezed onto it. Ask the current information desk when a facility is not shown clearly.
Useful Chinese
Show this to staff, or play it if your device has a Chinese voice.
Excuse me, how do I get to this exhibition hall?
Where can I catch the shuttle?
Where is the ride-hailing pickup point?
